Job Summary
The Administrative Intern is accountable for planning and completion of significant components. Must manage, problem-solve and work with project sub-teams on multiple concurrent project initiatives. The Administrative Intern will foster enterprise transformation and execute initiatives through data-driven insights from analysis of internal and external data sources to support strategic decision-making as well as enhance operational workflows, quality, and patient experience.
This position will provide a wide range of project management, operational support and coordination of a variety of functions including planning, organizing, and research. Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting various data across the health system. Creates and maintains dashboards and operational reports to track performance. Provides support for various projects, work groups, and initiatives throughout the organization.
Job Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement :
Current student or recent graduate of a Master of Public Health, Master of Business Administration, Master of Healthcare Administration program, or related field.
Minimum Experience Requirement :
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to meet deadlines. High proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint highly preferred. Excellent customer service skills.
