Serves as a resource to staff chaplains, community clergy, associates, and affiliates; serves as a liaison with other CVHP departments and care providers. Provides supervision of intern chaplains and spiritual care volunteers and oversight of the Spiritual Care department. Provides confidential administrative support for Director. This support includes maintaining files, maintaining the Director's appointment calendar, making all meeting/travel arrangements, taking and preparing minutes, independently creating correspondence, and performing general clerical duties such as filing, copying, answering telephones, and distributing mail.

High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required. Associates degree in related area or equivalent work experience preferred.

Two years of secretarial experience preferred. Typing speed of 45 wpm. Knowledge of good grammar, punctuation, proofreading and spelling. Ability to compose letters independently. Word processing skills required, preferably Word. Spreadsheet skills desirable. Ability to work independently. Ability to handle multiple tasks and determine priorities Excellent customer service skills required.

Current driver's license or ability to travel between campuses.
