Under general supervision of the Food Service Supervisor/Executive Chef, cooks, directs and coordinates culinary activities of the kitchen and cafeteria.
High School diploma or equivalent.
On-the-job training. One year prior cooking experience is required. Excellent customer service skills required.
HACCP knowledge required. Serve Safe certified preferred.
